I sent the hoodie back and did get my refund after a few days, so at least that part worked out. Support was okay, but the return took longer than I expected and the whole thing felt a bit inconvenient. i would’ve appreciated a simple apology for the delay.

At first it seemed like getting help would be simple, but once I actually needed support, the replies were really slow. I had to follow up a few times just to get basic updates, which was frustrating. They did eventually respond, but the whole experience gave me a bit of a bait and switch feeling since the support didn’t match what I expected.

I ordered my usual size, but umm, it didn’t fit how I expected at all. The size chart made it seem like it should’ve been fine, but the hoodie was tight around my shoulders and somehow the sleeves were way too long.

I did email about an exchange, but I don’t really want to keep guessing sizes and paying extra shipping just to figure it out. Compared to other brands I normally wear, the fit just felt really off.

Maybe I just got unlucky with mine, but for me the sizing was bad enough that it didn’t feel worth it. I probably wouldn’t order again

The tracking sat there barely changing for days, which made me wonder if they print labels early just to make it look like the order is moving. By the time the package finally showed up, I was already over it. Giving 1 star because waiting that long is just frustrating.

I was browsing through the styles the other night while making tea, the designs just felt really outdated to me. A lot of them looked kind of cheap and messy, not really the clean or modern look I usually go for. Maybe it works for someone else, but it just wasn’t my vibe
